Apa sih Pengertian Algoritma..?? � Mungkin sobat yang kini sedang mulai menekuni pemrograman atau sedang mempelajari tentang pemrograman maka postingan kali ini layak untuk anda baca.

Algoritma, apa sih algoritma itu? pertanyaan ini sering dilontarkan oleh mereka yang baru belajar tentang pemrograman. Diantara mereka ada yang penasaran dan ingin mencari tahu dan ada pula yang masa bodoh dengan hal ini.

Jadi bagi mereka yang ingin mengetahui lebih lanjut tentang algoritma simak penjelasannya berikut ini.

Istilah algoritma berasal dari nama seorang pengarangn berkebangsaaan Arab bernama Abu Ja�far Mohammad ibn Musa al Khowarismi (tahun 790 � 840), sangat terkenal sebagai �Bapak Aljabar�.

Jika anda pernah membeli suatu produk kemudian pada bagian tersebut dijelaskan langkah-langkah atau prosedur penggunaanya, maka hal itulah yang dimaksud dengan Algoritma yakni langkah-langkah penyelesaian masalah.

Jika melihat skema di atas maka dapat kita simpulkan bahwa Algoritma atau algoritme ialah langkah-langkah dalam menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan. Dalam hal ini dapat dianalogikan masukan (input) dan ada keluaran (output) dan di tengah-tengahnya ada Algoritma.

The new Apple Maps is also built into all iPhone 5s, which went on sale a week ago.

Apple Maps is powered by significantly less data than its predecessor. Googles enormous database of geographical points has been replaced by Yelps far less substantial list, as well as Apples own compiled "places of interest" database. In other words, good luck searching for your favorite off-the-beaten-path restaurant if its not on Yelp. Spelling variations also seem to trip up the new Maps app.

Beyond search, iPhone users have already found some giant goofs in Apples data. The info on some well-known landmarks is comically off target or woefully incomplete.

The tech giant partnered with TomTom, Waze, Yelp  and others to create its own map, complete with turn-by-turn navigation, voice integration and a cool new 3D "Flyover" feature. In this tutorial, I will demonstrate how to use this technique in your CodeIgniter projects. I will start with the Model, then Controller and finally with the View.

The Model

The model for the demo application carries out two important tasks: It provides a count of the records in the Departments table, and retrieve the list of departments from the table.
