You can unlock 20% more internet speed in Windows .
Go to Run>
type gpedit.msc>ok
Group Policy Editor will be opened,
then Local Computer Policy>
Computer Configuration>
Administrative Templates>
Network>
QOS Packet Scheduler>
double click on Limit Reservable Bandwidth>
default settings is "Not configured"
click on Enabled and set value to "0"
click Apply and then Ok.

Now you can use your internet connections full bandwidth.
