Open this website using Google Chrome,as the website is in Chinese Language,itll automatically convert this to English.Just click on the download button.
Now install the package after downloading.If you would like to alter the icon,download a icon from  here.Now copy the icon file on pictures library or C drive.Now right the shortcut of clover on Desktop,choose properties.Now change the icon from there,then drag the route to Taskbar,Now its looking terribly pretty,I think.
